Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting customer support.

Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted once the order is delivered.

In case of damaged or incorrect items, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
